Background: Jim Ryave has over 30 years of I.T. Service Management consulting and project management experience, working for IBM, DIGITAL/Compaq (now HP), American Management Systems (now CGI), and other prominent firms, serving client organizations within the private and public sectors. Jim’s experience includes global enterprises, nationwide firms, SMB-sized businesses, Federal Civilian Agencies, and the Department Of Defense. He has been involved with HDI since 1991, has multiple certifications, including ITIL, a wealth of professional training, and works with clients to help them to achieve business goals and mission, ensure regulatory compliance, improve productivity and operational efficiency, and implement industry best practices.
VP of Membership: Sue Giliberti
Background: Sue Giliberti is a Service Desk Manager at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Orlando, FL. Their two Service Desk locations support over 100,000 employees throughout the world. Sue has been in the information technology profession for 7 years and has over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service and over 15 years Management experience. In her previous position at Lockheed Martin, she coordinated and managed the Quality programs for the Site for over 10 years. The Site, along with Sue herself, received many Quality Awards from the Employee Involvement Association and many Best Practices Awards from the Center for Suggestion System Development. Sue is HDI Support Center Manager and ITIL Foundations certified. Sue currently serves as VP of Membership for the HDI Central Florida Chapter.
VP of Programs: James Moore
Background: James Moore has over 15 years of experience in customer service/help desk and current emphasis on IS infrastructure and support services. He is the Supervisor, Projects and Moves under the IS Biomed and Infrastructure Services at Orlando Health, comprised of eight hospital facilities and supporting over 14,000 team members. James currently serves as VP of Programs for the HDI Central Florida Chapter.
VP of Social Media: Jacqueline Wheatcraft
Background: Jackie is the I.T. Service Desk Manager for CUBIC. She is unique in her passion for Customer Service and Support, and has a drive for defining, documenting, and improving processes within Service Management. She currently serves as VP of Social Media for the HDI Central Florida Chapter.
VP of Content Relations: Joe Alexander
Background: Joe Alexander is an I.T. Customer Service Manager at Health First in Melbourne, Florida, with 15 years experience in I.T. and 4 years in Customer Service. His team provides 24×7 support for four hospitals and 10,000 associates. Joe has a passion for education and mentoring. Joe and his team are HDI Certified. Joe’s certifications include HDI Customer Support Manager, ITIL v3, and Joe has a Yellow Belt in Lean processes. He is currently pursuing his Doctoral of Business Administration at Florida Institute of Technology. Joe currently serves as the VP of Content Relations.
